Job Description:
Duties of a Healthcare worker:
- To provide basic clinical tasks such as taking patients temperature and pulse,weighing and measuring,performing urine tests and extracting blood samples
- To Provide personal care,,washing,dressing/undressing,toileting,bathing/showering,mobility and transfers,meals//drinks preparation ,assist with feeding and prepares snacks and hot drinks
- Change bed linen and make beds and tidying wards
- Encouraging independence with day to day activities
- Prepares patients for examination and treatment.
Experience and Qualifications:
Applicant must be over 18 years old.Evidence of any qualifications or trainings in Health & Social Care is an advantage or willingness to work towards it.
Previous experience of working in care will be an advantage but full training will be provided.
.A good standard of English and ability to write and communicate effectively.
An enhanced DBS ,which you can apply upon registration.
