 The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the independent regulator of health and social care in England. Dalchi Healthcare Limited is a care company that is regulated by the CQC. The CQC ensures that health and social care services provided by Dalchi Healthcare Limited are safe, effective, compassionate, and of a high quality. This means that Dalchi Healthcare Limited must meet certain standards and regulations set by the CQC to ensure that individuals receiving care are well looked after and treated with dignity and respect. The CQC regularly inspects and monitors Dalchi Healthcare Limited to ensure that it is delivering high-quality care services and complying with the necessary regulations. 

 Dalchi Healthcare Limited is a domiciliary care service providing the regulated activity of personal care to  people living in their own homes. The service provides support to older and younger adults, who may also  be living with physical and sensory disabilities, dementia and mental health or learning disability and/or  autism. At the time of our inspection there was 1 person using the service.  Not everyone who used the service received personal care. CQC only inspects where people receive personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do we also consider any  wider social care provided. We expect health and social care providers to guarantee people with a learning disability and autistic people respect, equality, dignity, choices and independence and good access to local communities that most  people take for granted. 'Right support, right care, right culture' is the guidance CQC follows to make  assessments and judgements about services supporting people with a learning disability and autistic people and providers must have regard to it.
